Risk Disclosure

Read this carefully before using MLTiply. Trading is risky. Automated trading is risky in different ways. By using the Service you confirm you understand and accept the risks below.

Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

MLTiply is a software service that routes trade signals to your broker. Nothing on this site, in the dashboard, in our documentation, or in any communication from us constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, a solicitation, or an endorsement of any strategy, instrument, broker, or third-party signal source. We are not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or tax adviser. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

Past performance does not guarantee future results

Any historical results, backtests, screenshots, charts, win rates, P&L figures, or performance numbers shown on our site, on MyLifestyleTrader, in indicators, in marketing materials, or by third-party signal providers are not indicative of future performance. Markets change. Strategies that worked yesterday may lose money tomorrow. The only performance that matters is what your account actually does, going forward, in real conditions.

Trading is risky and you can lose money — including more than you deposit

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, equities, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, or any leveraged product carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. With certain instruments and brokers, your losses can exceed your initial deposit and you may be required to deposit additional funds on short notice. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Specific risks of automated routing

  • Signal source risk. Indicators, scripts, and third-party signal providers can be wrong, repaint, lag, or malfunction. We pass through whatever signal you point at us — we do not validate strategy quality.
  • Latency and connectivity. Webhooks travel through multiple networks (TradingView → our proxy → bridge → broker). Any of those legs can be slow or fail. Orders may arrive late, out-of-order, or not at all.
  • Broker-side issues. Brokers experience outages, requotes, slippage, partial fills, margin calls, and policy changes. We have no control over these.
  • Software defects. Our software is not bug-free. Bugs may cause orders to be missed, duplicated, mis-sized, or routed to the wrong account. We work to prevent this and to fix issues quickly when they occur.
  • Configuration risk. A misconfigured TradingView alert, license, position-sizing rule, take-profit ladder, or risk gate can produce unintended trades. You are responsible for verifying your configuration.
  • Copier fan-out risk. If you use the copier engine, a malformed coach signal can fan out to every connected player account simultaneously. Test in paper mode first.
  • Prop-firm rules. If you trade a prop or evaluation account, you are responsible for ensuring routed orders comply with the firm's rules (max drawdown, news restrictions, consistency rules, etc.). The Service does not enforce prop-firm rules unless you configure it to.

Account separation and identification

You connect your own broker account(s). MLTiply does not custody, hold, manage, or pool customer funds. All funds remain at your broker, in your name, under your control. Routing decisions are driven by the signals you authorize.

Hypothetical and simulated results

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not be impacted by slippage, liquidity, brokerage fees, or other real-world frictions. Simulated results are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
