Terms of Service

1. What MLTiply does

The Service receives trade signals from your TradingView alerts (or equivalent), translates them into broker-specific orders, and forwards them to a broker account you have separately opened and authorized us to access. We are a routing layer. We do not generate signals, hold customer funds, or make discretionary trading decisions on your behalf.

2. Your account and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of broker credentials and signals you supply.
• All trading activity routed through your license — including orders executed by malformed signals, third-party indicators, or a compromised TradingView account.
• Maintaining the security of your MLTiply login, broker credentials, and the bearer token used to authenticate webhooks.
• Your compliance with the rules of the broker, prop firm, exchange, and jurisdiction you trade under.

You must be at least 18 years old. You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or in violation of any broker's terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

4. Service availability

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, order execution speed, fill quality, or that signals will reach the broker in any particular timeframe. Outages, maintenance, broker-side failures, network partitions, and third-party API changes can and will interrupt service. You acknowledge that automated trading carries risks specific to its automation — see our Risk Disclosure.

5. Third parties

The Service depends on third-party providers including (but not limited to) TradingView, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Railway, MetaAPI, TradeLocker, TradeStation, and the broker(s) you connect. Their terms apply to your use of their products. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes that affect the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLTiply, MyLifestyleTrader, and our owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost trades, missed fills, slippage, or losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree that the Service is not a fiduciary, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing the Service does constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MLTiply harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the Service, or putting other users at risk. On termination, the limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution sections survive.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the email on your account or via a notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
